Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Ski Strong for Life (the "Service"), operated by Ski Fit Nation, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ski Strong for Life provides online strength and conditioning programs, workout tracking tools, an exercise library, and optional coach support — all designed for masters skiers. The Service is available through web browsers and as a progressive web application (PWA).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Founding Member pricing is locked for the life of a continuous active subscription.

5. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

Standard annual memberships (Self-Guided Annual) include a 30-day money-back guarantee. A member may request a full refund of the initial payment by emailing support@skistrongforlife.com no later than 30 calendar days after the successful-payment timestamp. Requests should be sent from the email address associated with the membership.

Founding Member annual memberships purchased for $197 on or before August 16, 2026 include the same 30-day money-back guarantee under the same conditions.

When an eligible refund is processed, the related subscription will be canceled and access to paid membership features will end. The money-back guarantee applies only to the initial qualifying purchase and does not apply to renewal charges, private coaching, or other custom engagements.

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time, with access continuing through the end of the current paid billing period. Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund request.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment-processor timing may affect when the refunded amount appears.

6. Health Disclaimer

The programs, workouts, and content on this Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge that exercise involves risk of injury and agree to read and accept our Health Disclaimer before beginning any program.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
  • Provide accurate information in your profile and training logs.
  • Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract content from the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All programs, workouts, exercise descriptions, videos, and other content provided through the Service are owned by Ski Fit Nation, LLC or its content partners and are protected by copyright. You may access content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or resale of program content is strictly prohibited.

9. Optional Private Coaching

Optional private coaching with Mike may be available separately by application. Coaching access is not included in any publicly available subscription plan. Coach response times are not guaranteed. Coaches are not licensed medical professionals; their guidance does not constitute medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ski Fit Nation, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any injury arising from following a workout program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
