1. Who We Are

Ski Strong for Life is a product of Ski Fit Nation, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate a mobile-first training platform at skistrongforlife.com designed for masters skiers ages 45–75. Questions about this policy can be directed to support@skifitnation.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

Create an account (name, email address, password)
Complete your training profile (age, fitness level, training history, season dates)
Log workouts and personal records
Upload form review videos
Contact us for support

We also collect limited technical data including your browser type, device type, and session information needed to keep you signed in securely.

3. How We Use Your Information

Deliver and personalize your training programs
Track your workout history and progress over time
Enable coach communication and form reviews (Guided and Private tiers)
Process payments through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
Send transactional emails related to your account and subscription
Improve platform features and content

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs data shared during checkout.
Coaches on the platform — if you are enrolled in a Guided or Private tier, your name, training logs, and form review videos are visible to your assigned coach.
Service providers — hosting and infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements — when required by applicable law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and training data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing purposes.

6. Security

Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. Sessions are server-side only and signed with a secret key. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store payment card details.

7. Your Rights

You may request to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account and associated data
Export your workout history

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you authenticated. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
